Pleased to meet you.
"Music is as smooth and refreshing as a tall drink of Amarillo tea on a hot July day."

I’m Buzzy B. and this is my music, called Amarillo Tea. Guess that would normally be the name of the band, except I really don’t have one yet. I’m a multi-instrumentalist which is fancy for I play most of the instruments. Not bragging or nothing, but I did it because I haven’t got a band. (Besides, I don’t have to pay myself or complain about bad road food or lousy hotel rooms!)
I love music. It’s everything to me and it’s who I am. So why call your one-man band Amarillo Tea, you ask? Because to me, music is as smooth and refreshing as a tall drink of Amarillo tea on a hot July day. Oh, and I was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas so I figured the place that brung me up oughta get a shout out.
I’m 20 years old right now as my first album hits the street, and my hope is that I get to do this for all my days. I hope I do you proud with these tunes. I wrote a lot of them, and the ones that I didn’t all have a special meaning to me that I wanted to share with everyone who gives them a listen.
The most special for me is Joni Mitchell’s ‘The Circle Game’. It’s the first song I ever knew. Momma sang it to me every night before turning out the light and saying goodnight. It provided me with a constant that I could rely on, which there’s not too many reliable constants in this world of ours much of the time. So, like my childhood bedtimes, this album, called Promise, ends with that beautiful song.
But enough about endings. Promises are about beginnings, and I hope you download and enjoy Promise. It’s my pleasure to share it with you.
